Review-

When the Cheif fell in Love  is a love story blended with suspense and thriller to bind the readers with the book. Author has done amazing job with narration and characterization. Though certain loopholes, the book is still an enjoyable read.

Book Cover and Title- Book Cover is eye pleasing and soothing and goes well with the content of the book. The mountains and snow covered land with blood stains gives us slight hint about Kashmir, love story with dash of obstacles.

Title is very interesting and catches attention of readers. It creates curiosity about the book. Blurb too is exciting.

Language and Narration- Language used in the book is simple and easy to comprehend. As said earlier, Narration is done very well and binds readers with the book. Narration is done in first person narrative.

Characterization- Vihaan Shastri and Zaira Bhat are two protagonists of our story. I loved how author portrayed his characters. The complex, colourful emotions portrayed by them was interesting to read and authors did it very well.

Other characters are also justified well.

Storyline and Plot-

Storyline of this book is unique and keeps readers hooked with book.

Storytelling skills of Author is amazing and the picturesque and detailed description helps readers imagine scenes in our head.

First part of the story is slow paced and it took few chapters for me to get into story.

Second part of the story is fast paced and is interesting with certain twists and turns and a major suspense which holds back readers with the book. Author has done fine job placing story. However climax could have been better explained.

Rating-
Book Cover and Title- 4/5
Language and Narration- 4/5
Characterization- 4/5
Storyline and Plot- 3.5/5

Final Rating- 4/5

Review- My True Angel is debut novel written by Irshad Thalakala. Author has done amazing work as a debut novel but the story could have served more.

Book Cover and Title- Book Cover is beautiful and meets the inside story of book. If you look closely, the cover depicts a couple, looking at each other, in each other's arms. It attracts readers.

Title is appropriate with the story.

Language and Narration- Language used in the book is lucid and goes smoothly with the given narration. Narration is done in third person narrative. Editing is done quiet well and the book is without any grammatical mistakes.

Characterization- All the characters are interesting and author have done well to build the characters and their emotions as the story continues. It was an interesting experience to read how author portrayed two opposite characters.

Theme- Theme of the book is Love.

Storyline and Plot-As I said earlier, the story is simple. Pace of the book is slow for a few pages but it increases pace after that and events happen one after the other quickly. It also covers and points on some social problems which was good to read especially in a love story.

However, Plot is interesting with engaging storyline and that's what makes you hooked with the book.
